Formation Design’s Logan bust: Clean up was a snap on this kit. Seam lines were easily removed by wet sandpaper. I scribes in the lines where yellow and brown suit meet.
I painted him dark brown with adding black and brown weathering create just worn look on the suit. The yellow part I used canary yellow, than I mixed some bright orange to the canary yellow to give it a more orange yellow look to it.
I painted his arms and face a warn flesh color, wanting to keep a clean look to him rather than giving him a dirty look or 5 0’clock shadow. Mixed toned down ivory white with a pearl additive to give him a clean set of teeth. The flash really makes it look too bright, but its really just right. For the base I painted and weathered it to look like rock, but added weeds, dirt and green moss to the vine and cracks in to give it a more out door look to it. For the claws I used Alclad Aluminum, which really made look like real metal.
